BeyondCrumbz Low-carb Keto Pancakes
Ingredients (makes 2 medium sized pancakes):
- 1/4 cup BeyondCrumbz
- 1/4 cup brown sugar substitute
- 1 tsp psyllium husk
- 1/2 tsp almond milk
- 1 egg
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until all clumps are gone.
- Lightly oil a pan on medium heat. Pour in half your batter, cook until you see bubbles in the mixture, flip, then cook for approximately 2 more minutes or until you reach your desired temperature.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy!
