BeyondCrumbz Low-carb Keto Pancakes

Ingredients (makes 2 medium sized pancakes):
  • 1/4 cup BeyondCrumbz
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar substitute 
  • 1 tsp psyllium husk  
  • 1/2 tsp almond milk  
  • 1 egg
  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until all clumps are gone.
  • Lightly oil a pan on medium heat. Pour in half your batter, cook until you see bubbles in the mixture, flip, then cook for approximately 2 more minutes or until you reach your desired temperature.
  • Serve immediately. Enjoy!
