Ingredients

  • 10 - 12 ripe avocados
  • 1 good pinch of salt (about 1-2 teaspoons)
  • Juice from 2 limes
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 bunch cilantro

Instructions

  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the seed and then scoop out the avocado in to a bowl
  • Cut the limes in half and squeeze over the bowl
  • Add the salt and cumin
  • Chop up the cilantro and add it to the bowl
  • Use a masher to mash everything together
  • Check for taste and add more salt or cumin if needed
